The Incumbent will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns that drive pipeline, revenue, and brand visibility. You’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution—turning audience insights and performance data into campaigns that convert.
What You’ll Do
- Own paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels.
- Plan and execute campaigns that drive measurable growth (leads, sales, or installs depending on funnel goals).
- Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams on ad copy, visuals, and testing frameworks.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance and insights.
- Run A/B tests across creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Stay on top of emerging platforms and ad formats.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience managing paid social campaigns at scale (agency or in-house).
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Hands-on experience with budget management ($50k+/mo preferred).
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth (CPL, ROAS, SQLs, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with comfort in Excel/Sheets, GA4, or BI tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points
- Experience with programmatic or display.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Creative eye for ad development and testing.
