We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our firm's daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain time tracking, billing, and productivity reports
- Process Accounts Payable and account reconciliations
- Coordinate office purchasing, registrations, and travel details
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with office management tasks such as scheduling, supply tracking, and document preparation
- Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing excellent service and support
- Participate in team meetings and run errands
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry.
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is advantageous
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
Preferred Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
