Overview
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Part Time Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision and enthusiasm, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Your expertise in food safety, customer service, and efficient service will contribute to creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere at our hotel bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately while maintaining proper food safety and food handling standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Assist in managing bar inventory, restocking supplies, and tracking sales using retail math skills.
• Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving drinks promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods seamlessly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced settings like nightclubs or food industry venues.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.
