We are a fast-paced, creative hospitality business with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist for a short-term, part-time project to help us get financial records fully organized and reconciled, with a strong focus on integrating and working within Toast XtraChef.

Role Overview
This role will focus on reviewing, organizing, and reconciling accounts and expenses, ensuring data accuracy between Toast XtraChef, our POS reports, and accounting software. You will work closely with ownership and management to clean up, streamline, and document processes for future efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile, and organize financial records, invoices, and receipts
• Ensure accuracy between Toast XtraChef data, POS sales reports, and accounting software
• Organize vendor invoices and payments
• Identify and correct any discrepancies in data
• Provide clear documentation of processes and recommendations for best practices
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally within the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Hands-on experience with Toast XtraChef (required)
• Strong understanding of POS reporting, cost of goods tracking, and vendor management
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
