About Us:

Colorful® is a U.S.-based 3D printing materials brand, growing rapidly in the maker and e-commerce space. We’re looking for a self-driven manager who can take full ownership of our e-commerce and social media presence.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow all social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).

· Develop creative campaigns and strategies to increase sales and engagement.

· Take full ownership of Amazon listings and promotions (updates, SEO, ads).

· Plan and execute monthly sales targets (e.g., sell through inventory).

· Supervise a student assistant for execution tasks.

· Provide weekly progress reports and improvement ideas.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in e-commerce + social media marketing.

· Strong skills in campaign planning, content direction, and performance analysis.

· Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, SEO, ads.

· Based in DFW area, able to meet in Carrollton/Argyle when needed.

· Independent, goal-driven, problem-solver.

Compensation:

· $25–35/hr (depending on experience, W-2 employee, payroll)

· 5–8 hrs/week (with potential to grow)
