Part-Time Mandarin Speaking Nanny

Part-Time Mandarin-Speaking Nanny Needed | San Francisco, CA

$35/hr + (mileage reimbursement & Waymo)

A warm and welcoming family in San Francisco is seeking a reliable and nurturing Part-Time Mandarin-Speaking Nanny to join their household. Primary responsibility will be caring for a newborn (due May 20), with occasional support for a 6-year-old.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong infant experience who are looking for a stable, long-term position with a respectful, work-from-home family.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
• 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM (28 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, attentive care for a newborn/infant
• Support feeding, sleep routines, and developmental activities
• Assist with school-age child as needed (after school or occasional coverage)
• Light housekeeping related to children (laundry, meal prep, tidying)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home
• Work collaboratively with parents who are home during the day

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with newborns/infants required
• Dependable, calm, and patient personality
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Comfortable working in a home with parents present
• A nanny fluent in both Mandarin and English is required.

Requirements:

• Up-to-date vaccinations (TDAP, TB, COVID-19, Flu, MMR, Varicella, Hep B)
• A minimum of four years of full-time nanny experience is required.

Compensation & Perks:

• $35/hour
• Mileage reimbursement + rideshare support (Waymo)
• Consistent, long-term schedule
