Weekend Nanny Position - Glen Rock, PA

Family seeking a caring and reliable weekend nanny to join our team!

Position Details

Location: Glen Rock, PA

Children: Two children - 3 years old and 3 months old

Start Date: March 7, 2026

Schedule:

• Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Sundays: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Additional hours available as needed based on family needs and nanny availability
• Flexible with hours and days worked based on your availability

Required Qualifications

• Infant care experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Current First Aid certification
• Clean driving record
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check
• Willingness to complete a ten-panel drug test

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $28.00/hour
• Guaranteed Hours: Consistent weekend schedule with guaranteed pay
• Payment Schedule: Direct deposit every two weeks with electronic paystubs
• Annual Performance Reviews: Conducted on employment anniversary with potential for raises

Legal Compliance: This is a W-2 household employee position. We handle all payroll taxes, FICA withholding, and provide W-2 forms by January 31st annually. You will never be asked to file as a 1099 contractor.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide safe, loving, and nurturing care for our children
• Support age-appropriate developmental milestones for both children
• Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks
• Teach and model good manners
• Plan park outings (with parent approval)
• Sterilize bottles and toys as needed
• Load dishwasher with items used throughout the day
• Maintain children's schedule and routine
• Capture photos/videos to share with parents
• Keep play areas and common spaces tidy
