Partner Onboarding & Relationship Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partner Onboarding & Relationship Manager to lead the onboarding process for new partners and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth partner integration, drive engagement, and support mutual business growth through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring all documentation, training, and system integrations are completed smoothly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to foster collaboration and satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner-related inquiries, support, and issue resolution.
• Develop and execute partner engagement strategies to strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align on partner needs and opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate partner performance; provide regular reports and insights to management.
• Identify opportunities for growth, cross-collaboration, and process improvement within the partner ecosystem.
• Ensure all partner activities comply with company policies and standards.
