Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager Partnerships to head and lead the Partnership and Acquisition function to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead & execute ONICs Partnership Strategy, lead seamless operation of all live partnership campaigns, manage the roll out and execution of go-to-market plans, maintain the partnerships marketing calendar, and provide comprehensive analytics and reporting support. This role requires an analytical mindset, a self-starter attitude, and proficiency in MS Office.


What You Will Do

Strategy Development & Execution

  • Develop and lead the overall partnership strategy that aligns with ONIC’s growth vision, customer experience goals, and digital transformation road map. Identify new industry trends, emerging technologies, and ecosystem opportunities to future-proof ONIC’s value proposition.
  • Translate strategic objectives into tactical partnership plans with clear timelines, measurable outcomes, and cross-functional alignment. Continuously evaluate partnership impact and adjust strategies based on performance data, market shifts, and business priorities.

Commercial Negotiations & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end negotiation, contracting, and go-to-market execution for partnership deals.
  • Build sustainable commercial models ensuring mutual value creation (e.g., revenue share, co-branded offers, bundling).
  • Ensure contractual compliance and performance tracking across all partnership portfolios.

Ecosystem Enablement

  • Expand ONIC’s digital ecosystem through APIs, SDKs, etc. And platform integrations with partners.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to embed partner offerings into ONIC’s customer experience (app, website, etc.).
  • Drive adoption of ONIC as a digital-first lifestyle platform rather than just a telco.

Revenue & Growth Enablement

  • Develop and launch co-branded propositions and bundles with partners (e.g., subscription discounts, data offers).
  • Generate incremental revenue and customer engagement through innovative cross-industry initiatives.
  • Create frameworks for joint marketing campaigns and promotional partnerships.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Lead and manage high-level relationships with strategic partners, regulatory bodies, and ecosystem players. Represent ONIC in partnership-related forums, events, and industry discussions.
  • Work closely with finance, legal, and marketing teams to align partnership terms and execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. MBA is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances — preferably in telco, fintech, or digital services.
  • Strong understanding of Pakistan’s digital economy and ecosystem players.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
