Partner Operations & Strategy Manager

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Partner Operations and Strategy Manager to lead the development and optimization of our partner network. This role is key to driving sustainable growth through strong partner relationships, robust incentive programs, and scalable structural planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for partner growth, engagement, and retention.
• Continuously optimize partner structures for increased excellence and stability.
• Design and manage mid-to-long-term partner benefits and incentive programs.
• Plan partner structure and quantity by region to support scalable business development.
• Improve policies and systems that govern partner rights, incentives, and overall experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner strategies align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in partner operations, strategy, or business development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience in logistics, food delivery, or similar industries is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to execution.
• Strategic thinking paired with operational execution ability.
