Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the end-to-end vendor governance framework (KPIs, SLAs, review cadence, escalation paths)

Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic vendors and technology partners

Track delivery performance across milestones, quality standards, and contractual obligations
-
Lead vendor performance reviews, risk assessments, and service improvement plans
-
Drive cross-vendor coordination across multiple workstreams and dependencies
-
Partner with procurement and legal teams on contracts, renewals, and compliance
-
Ensure adherence to governance standards including security, documentation, and handover
-
Support onboarding and evaluation of new partners
-
Identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, and commercial efficiency

What Weβre Looking For
-
3+ years in vendor/partner management, program governance, or commercial delivery
-
Experience working with system integrators, hyperscalers, or managed service providers
-
Strong understanding of contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery models
-
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-vendor environments
-
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
-
Ability to bridge business, commercial, and technical conversations effectively

Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, and MS Project is highly beneficial.
