Partnerships Coordinator

We are supporting a growing B2B business in Dubai with the search for a Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator .

This is an exciting role with a strong focus on partnerships, relationship coordination, CRM management, onboarding, events, and marketing support .

Key areas of the role:

• Supporting outreach to referral and channel partners
• Coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and partner activity
• Managing CRM records, reporting, and documentation
• Assisting with partner onboarding and relationship management
• Supporting events, campaigns, and wider marketing initiatives

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised and proactive
• Strong in written and verbal communication
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and external partners

Relevant backgrounds could include partnerships, business development support, marketing, events, recruitment, legal, consulting, or other B2B services .

Dubai-based candidates are preferred.
