Role Overview

As our Parts Advisor, you will be the go-to expert for identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts to our customers. You’ll combine technical know-how with strong customer service skills, ensuring that every client—whether a mechanic or a luxury car owner—receives the right part, on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and workshop staff in identifying and selecting correct spare parts using catalogs, EPC systems, and VIN decoding.
• Process orders, quotations, and returns accurately in line with company procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on European luxury automotive brands.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and track special orders.
• Upsell accessories and related products where appropriate.
• Ensure excellent customer communication from inquiry to delivery.
• Support the warehouse team with stock checks and incoming shipments when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry, ideally with European brands (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, Rolls-Royce).
• Strong knowledge of spare parts catalogs, EPC systems, and inventory processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP/SAP experience preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
