Parts Purchaser

Hadco Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Purchaser to join our team. This role is critical to keeping our fleet of Yellow-Iron, Trucks, and Automotive equipment running at peak performance.

What You’ll Do

• Source and purchase parts for heavy equipment, trucking, and automotive divisions

• Track down obsolete or hard-to-find components through creative problem-solving and resourceful research

• Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement

• Manage inventory systems with accuracy and efficiency

• Support field operations and shop supervisors with quick turnaround on urgent parts needs

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and external partners

What We’re Looking For

• Proven purchasing experience with Yellow Iron, trucking, and automotive parts

• Strong computer skills and comfort with inventory/ordering systems

• Exceptional organizational abilities with a focus on process and systems

• Skilled problem solver who thrives on finding solutions where others hit roadblocks

• Clear communicator and team player with strong customer service orientation
