We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Automotive Parts Purchaser to manage our spare parts supply chain. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality parts at the best prices, ensuring timely delivery to our workshop, and maintaining strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and source genuine, OEM, and high-quality aftermarket parts for a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
- Price Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors and distributors across the UAE to secure competitive pricing and favorable credit terms.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure fast-moving items (filters, brake pads, etc.) are always available to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming parts to ensure they match the order specifications and are free from defects before handing them over to the technicians.
- Logistics & Collection: Physically collect urgent parts from suppliers across the UAE to ensure repair deadlines are met.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and returns within the company’s management system.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in automotive parts purchasing or spare parts sales within the UAE market.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (essential for parts collection and vendor visits).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive components, part numbers, and compatibility across different brands.
- Network: An existing network of spare parts suppliers in industrial areas
