Patient Care Coordinator

Ebn Hayan Healthcare is seeking a professional and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator female arabic only .

to manage patient journeys across our medical and aesthetic clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients from first contact to post-treatment follow-up
• Coordinate appointments, treatments, and doctor schedules
• Explain medical and aesthetic treatment plans, pricing, and packages
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Liaise between doctors, nurses, front desk, and patients
• Handle insurance approvals (medical side) and self-pay packages (aesthetic side)
• Maintain patient records and CRM systems
• Ensure high patient satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or similar role in the UAE
• Experience in medical and/or aesthetic clinics (mandatory)
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• female arabic only
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple patients
