Patient Coordinator/Sales -Aesthetic

We are a leading medical aesthetic clinic seeking a Medical Aesthetic Sales & Patient Coordinator to manage patient inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert interest into confirmed aesthetic treatment bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to patient inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls.
• Contact new leads and follow up with interested patients professionally.
• Explain aesthetic and cosmetic medical services (non-surgical & surgical) clearly and confidently.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed consultations and procedures.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Follow up with pending leads and no-show patients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and patient interactions.
• Coordinate closely with doctors, reception, and marketing team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in medical aesthetic sales or cosmetic clinics is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both required).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume leads and work under pressure.
• Organized, professional, and target-oriented.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business and social media inquiries is a plus.
