Patient Coordinator

Job Summary

The Patient Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of patient services, maintaining patient satisfaction, collecting feedback, and acting as a bridge between patients and the hospital team. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality patient experience and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and discharge processes.
  • Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital services, procedures, and policies.
  • Ensure smooth patient flow within the hospital.

Patient Feedback & Experience

  • Collect patient feedback during and after treatment.
  • Maintain feedback records and prepare reports.
  • Address patient concerns and escalate complaints to the concerned department.
  • Work towards improving patient satisfaction levels.

Communication & Support

  • Act as a single point of contact for patients and their families.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and other departments for patient requirements.
  • Provide updates to patients regarding treatment schedules and procedures.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate patient records and feedback data.
  • Prepare daily / weekly patient experience reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient information.

Operational Support

  • Assist in patient onboarding and service orientation.
  • Support patient counselling and service explanation when required.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital service standards.

  • Basic computer knowledge and hospital management system familiarity

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare coordination (Preferred)
  • Languages - English ,Kannada

  • Complaint resolution time
  • Patient coordination efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
