Patient Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized Patient Coordinator to work closely with Dr. Neeru Thakral and the Obs & Gynae & IVF team. The role involves managing patient appointments, assisting with OPD flow, and ensuring smooth coordination between the doctor and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage appointments for Dr. Neeru
• Coordinate with patients for consultations, follow-ups, and queries
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the OPD
• Maintain proper patient records and treatment schedules
• Support the clinical team in patient flow management
• Provide a warm and helpful experience to all patients

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge
