Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring excellent service and support.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Coordinate with doctors, staff, and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle documentation.
• Address patient queries and provide timely assistance.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and scheduling tools.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Joining: Immediate / Within 15 days
