About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and creative team member to join our team as a Patient Experience + Content Coordinator.
This is a hybrid role combining:
- In-office patient interaction and flow support
- Content creation, editing, and scheduling
This position starts part-time (15–25 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time as you grow into additional clinical and leadership responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
Content Creation & Social Media (Primary Responsibility)
- Capture photo and video content in-office (patient testimonials, adjustments, behind-the-scenes)
- Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) using CapCut or similar software
- Customize Canva templates with our brand style and patient content
- Compile and maintain a weekly content calendar
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms
- Assist with blog posts and email newsletters using provided templates and content
Patient Experience & Office Flow
- Greet and welcome patients with high energy and professionalism
- Support front desk and patient flow during busy shifts
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting office environment
- Contribute to a positive, family-oriented atmosphere
Growth Opportunity (Phase 2)
- Train to perform neurological scans (CLA INSiGHT technology)
- Assist with clinical workflows and patient education
- Grow into a full-time Chiropractic Assistant role
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Strong comfort using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience with CapCut (or similar video editing software) and Canva
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently (values speed and consistency over perfection)
- Organized and able to follow systems and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM systems
- Experience with EHR systems (ChiroTouch or similar)
- Previous experience in a medical, chiropractic, or wellness setting
- Interest in health, fitness, or holistic wellness

Compensation & Details:
- Part-Time: 15–25 hours per week
