Job Summary:

The IP Patient Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth admission, stay, and discharge experience for in-patients by coordinating with departments, addressing patient queries, and maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Assist patients and attendants during admission, room allocation, transfer, and discharge processes.

2) Coordinate with billing, nursing, housekeeping, and clinical departments for seamless patient care.

3) Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

4)Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

5)Ensure smooth communication between patients, doctors, and hospital staff.

6)Support in patient satisfaction surveys and implement corrective measures where needed.

7)Guide patients regarding hospital policies, facilities, and procedures.

8)Assist in insurance documentation and related formalities if applicable.

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (Preferably in Hospital Administration or related field).

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital front office or patient relations (IP section preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of hospital processes and patient service standards.

Proficient in MS Office and hospital information systems.

Compassionate, patient-focused, and service-oriented attitude.
