Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience

  • The role involves handling patient inquiries and grievances, improving service quality, and enhancing the overall patient experience through proactive communication and coordination with inter departments.
  • The role focuses on patient satisfaction, grievance resolution, and overall service excellence.
  • Handle and resolve patient grievances professionally, ensuring prompt follow-up and feedback.
  • Provide patients with information on hospital procedures, billing, insurance, and amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient flow
  • Promote a patient-centric culture through effective communication.
  • Provide regular updates to patients and families regarding procedures or waiting times.
  • Handle and escalate patient concerns or complaints tactfully and promptly.
  • Escalate unresolved or serious issues to senior management when necessary
  • Monitor patient satisfaction through feedback and follow-up communication.
  • Support patients in navigating their hospital journey.
  • Maintain Confidentiality and professionalism at all time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
