Patient Relations Manager

IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!!!

We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Patient Relations Manager to oversee patient experience, handle concerns, and ensure high standards of service delivery within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between patients and medical staff to enhance satisfaction and service quality.

JOB TITLE: Patient Relations Manager

JOB TYPE: Full Time

WORKING HOURS: 08 hours/day

LOCATION: (Doha) Qatar

PAY RANGE: To be discussed

LANGUAGE: English (Required)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Patient Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient relations services and ensure excellent patient experience
• Address and resolve patient complaints and escalations professionally
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Monitor patient feedback and implement improvement strategies
• Train staff on patient service standards and communication
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and patient confidentiality
• Prepare reports on patient satisfaction and service performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in patient relations or healthcare management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient rights
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
