Payment Posting Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payment Posting Executive for Medical billing to have Comprehensive understanding of payment posting process. Complete Knowledge of payment posting, recoupments, offsets, forwarding balances, and understanding of EOB/ERA.

• Receive and process payments from insurance companies and patients for services rendered by the providers.
• accurately, post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts in the medical billing software system.
• Reconcile payments received with billing records, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of payment transactions, adjustments, and billing activities.
• Generate and analyse reports related to payment posting, accounts receivable, and claim status.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional Attitude and appearance.
• Excellent Organization skills.

Requried Competencies:

• Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, & meet deadlines in fast-paced.
