Payroll Analyst:

  • Able to use Time & Attendance and Payroll software accurately to ensure timely processing payroll.
  • Review timesheets, generate time reports and system generated reports for the T & A system for errors and discrepancies.
  • Prompt and accurate processing of employee's master file changes: name, rate, tax withholding, direct deposits, payroll deductions, etc.
  • Ensures timely direct deposits, tax deposits, and payroll related reports
  • Ensures timely and accurate submission of payroll related reports, sales and rental tax deposits, State and Federal reports, and any other requested reports.
  • Perform AP duties when needed.
  • Maintains logs and files as needed.
  • Complete all assigned general ledger reconciliations timely and accurately.
  • Interacts with other hospital personnel in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Assists department managers in solving problems that involve Payroll.
  • Researches and responds to employees' questions concerning their paychecks.
  • Adhere to hospital and departmental policies, rules and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.46 - $28.81 per hour
