Payroll and HR Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll and HR Executive (MALE only) to join our team! If you have a passion for payroll processing, employee management, and HR compliance, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll, maintaining HR records, and supporting HR functions that foster a great workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process monthly payroll, ensuring timely salary disbursements.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including attendance, leave balances, and deductions.
  • Prepare weekly wages for daily/contract staff and maintain wage sheets.
  • Adjust advances, loans, and other deductions in monthly payroll.
  • Coordinate with Accounts for disbursement of weekly wages and advances.
  • Ensure proper approval and documentation for all wage payments and adjustments.
  • Calculate salaries, benefits, bonuses, and overtime payments.
  • Maintain records of advances given and adjust them in payroll calculations.
  • Ensure proper authorization and documentation for all salary advances.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years experience of payroll and wage processing
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Excel
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing near Korangi (Brooks Chowrangi).
  • Benefits (Bonus, Leaves, Annual appraisal, Medical)
  • Expert in MS Office and ERP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
