Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and assisting with various payroll-related tasks.

Duties:
- Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Analyze payroll data and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with payroll tax filings and compliance
- Generate payroll reports as needed
- Conduct account reconciliations related to payroll
- Utilize financial software such as ADP, Kronos, or similar tools
- Support in payroll management tasks

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using payroll software - ADP
- Strong analytical skills to review and analyze payroll data
- Ability to perform account reconciliations accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
