As a Payroll Expert, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. You will have a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll system and providing support to employees with any payroll-related inquiries.

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately process payroll on a timely basis, ensuring all wage calculations, deductions, and withholdings are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, wages, taxes, and deductions.
• Address payroll-related inquiries and provide expert guidance to employees on matters such as tax forms, social insurance calculation, pay statements, and other payroll-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively implement and monitor payroll changes or updates, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
• Prepare and submit required payroll tax reports, supporting documentation, and payments to the appropriate authorities.
• Stay up to date with relevant federal, state, and local payroll regulations to ensure compliance and execute necessary changes in policies or procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any payroll discrepancies or errors, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct quarter, annual settlement, and annual Tax inspection.

ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, social insurance and best practices.
• Proficiency in using payroll software, such as SAP to process payroll accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in calculations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee payroll information.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, provide clear and effective guidance to employees on payroll-related matters.
