What You’ll Do

As a Payroll Officer, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll for employees at U.S.-based cellphone retail stores. Your responsibilities include processing salaries, commissions, and bonuses, reconciling data from multiple stores, and managing deductions and adjustments. You will maintain employee records, add new hires, and coordinate with store managers to verify hours, sales, and incentives. Additionally, you will resolve discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries promptly.

Experience Required

• Prior hands-on experience in payroll, preferably in a retail or sales-driven environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Experience using payroll or HR software
• Solid understanding of U.S. payroll components, including commissions, deductions, and compliance requirements
• Ability to handle large volumes of payroll data accurately and efficiently
• High accuracy in calculations, auditing, and reporting
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable with data validation, reconciliations, and identifying discrepancies
• Clear and professional communication for liaising with HR, Finance, and employees regarding payroll queries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Payroll: 2 years (Required)
• US Back Office: 1 year (Required)
• Retail/Cell phone stores: 1 year (Preferred)
