Job Summary:

The Officer Payroll will be responsible for supporting the payroll function by ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries in compliance with organizational policies. The role includes payroll and attendance reconciliation, overtime and reimbursement calculations, maintaining up-to-date records in the SAP system, and assisting in payroll reports and audits. The resource will work closely with the Deputy Manager Payroll to validate data, process revisions or updates in the compensation and benefits domain, and handle employee separations, including final settlements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 2–3 years of practical experience in payroll processing
  • Proficiency in SAP with a good understanding of labor laws and taxation policies
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with strong data reconciliation and analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in managing employee information
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, with excellent communication and coordination abilities
