Position Overview

We are looking for support as a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Payroll team in Izmir as soon as possible


Your tasks:

  • Validating of personnel master data, absences and attendances, sick leave, reporting and other tasks in connection with payroll accounting
  • Preparation and completion of the Payroll process incl. subsequent tasks
  • Supporting and advising employees in payroll related matters
  • Preparatory payroll accounting
  • Solve Cases (Tickets) from employees in Workday (HCM System)
  • Exchange with authorities (Insurance, Tax office, foreign office,...)
  • Preparation of certificates
  • General administrative tasks
  • Close cooperation with employees and managers


Your skills:

  • Successfully completed payroll relevant training
  • Experience in payroll accounting
  • Profound knowledge of social security, taxes, surcharges, etc.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office and/or the willingness to learn
  • Experience in dealing with DATEV, SAP or SAGE is an advantage
  • Experience in Workday is a major plus
  • Very good communication skills in written and spoken Turkish
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to work on site
  • Basic knowledge of labor law
  • Attention to detail
