What Does the Compensation&Benefits Team Leader Do at Farplas?


  • Lead and manage monthly timekeeping and payroll processes end-to-end,
  • Manage post-payroll financial reconciliation processes and prepare monthly reports,
  • Oversee monthly tax return processes,
  • Monitor labor legislation and current incentive regulations,
  • Collaborate and coordinate with company lawyers on legal matters,
  • Handle official correspondence and processes related to employees with authorities such as SGK, Ministry of Labor, İŞKUR, Notary, and Labor Courts,
  • Ensure all legal notifications are made correctly and on time, and conduct personnel-related processes in compliance with labor regulations,
  • Follow up on legislation updates and ensure internal procedures are aligned accordingly,
  • Review current company processes and implement new projects,
  • Manage reporting processes using Power BI and AI applications, and develop SAP utilization areas,
  • Manage the company’s compensation structure by taking into account market salary data,
  • Oversee and manage employee benefits,
  • Interpret salary survey results and contribute to the formation of the compensation structure,
  • Ensure salary increase processes are carried out effectively and accurately.


What Are the Requirements for a Compensation&Benefits Team Leader at Farplas?


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics & Industrial Relations, Engineering, etc.),
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation & benefits and payroll,
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security, İŞKUR incentive practices, and related labor legislation,
  • Proficient in SAP (knowledge of Meyer program is a plus),
  • Excellent command of MS Office programs,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with solid written/oral reporting abilities,
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and time management skills; team player with high sense of responsibility,
  • Residing or willing to reside in Asian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli region.
