We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll specialist to oversee payroll processing, personnel administration, and ensure full compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will support HR operations and handle employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee payroll records and salary data.
  • Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
  • Coordinate with HR for new hires, resignations, and salary changes.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and accounts.
  • Ensure confidentiality of payroll information.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR
1-2 years of experience in payroll and personnel.

Strong knowledge of Labor Law.

Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS software.
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
