Payroll Specialist

Location : New Cairo, Cairo

Industry : HR Consulting & Outsourcing



Key Responsibilities

  • :Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • .Review attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs
  • .Calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses, and final settlements
  • .Ensure compliance with labor law, tax, and social insurance regulations
  • .Manage employee registration and deregistration with Social Insurance
  • .Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
  • .Prepare payroll reports and support audits
  • .Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries
  • .Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary payments
  • .Identify and implement payroll process improvements

Qualification

  • s:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related fiel
  • d.2 years of proven experience in payrol
  • l.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedure
  • s.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detai
  • l.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR syst
