We are seeking an experienced
Payroll Supervisor
with expertise in
Oracle Payroll
,
KSA & Egypt payroll market
, and
KSA personnel regulations
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with
Saudi labor laws
, and managing payroll-related reporting and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing & Management:
-
Supervise end-to-end payroll processing for all employees in compliance with
Saudi labor laws
and company policies.

Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of
salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
.

Process payroll through
Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP
and troubleshoot any system issues.

Handle monthly payroll reconciliations and coordinate with
Finance & Accounting
for salary payments.
Compliance & Personnel Regulations:
-
Ensure payroll compliance with
GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance), WPS (Wage Protection System), Muqeem, and Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development (MHRSD)
regulations.

Manage employee benefits, end-of-service (EOS) calculations, gratuities, and leave settlements as per
KSA labor laws
.

Monitor payroll-related
tax deductions, social security contributions, and legal updates
.
Reporting & Auditing:

Generate payroll reports, headcount summaries, and financial forecasts for management.

Coordinate
internal and external audits
related to payroll and personnel expenses.

Maintain payroll documentation, ensuring accuracy and security of confidential employee data.
System & Process Improvement:

Optimize
Oracle payroll modules
for efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with
IT & HRIS teams
to enhance payroll automation and reporting.

Implement best practices to improve payroll workflow and minimize discrepancies.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of payroll experience in the KSA market
, with at least
2 years in a supervisory role
.

Strong experience in Oracle Payroll (Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion).

In-depth knowledge of
KSA labor laws, WPS, GOSI, and Muqeem
.

Experience managing payroll for
mid to large-sized organizations
in Saudi Arabia.

Advanced proficiency in
MS Excel
and
payroll reporting tools
.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in
HRIS and ERP integrations

Knowledge of
HR best practices, employee relations, and benefits administration
.

Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
