PCC Engineer (Piping / Chemical Cleaning / Hydro Testing)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced PCC Engineer to handle pre-commissioning and commissioning activities related to piping systems, including chemical cleaning, flushing, leak testing, and hydro testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute pre-commissioning & commissioning (PCC) activities
• Prepare method statements, procedures, and technical reports
• Supervise and monitor chemical cleaning, flushing, leak test, and hydro test
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
• Coordinate with client, contractors, and internal teams
• Identify and resolve technical issues during execution
• Monitor progress and ensure timely project completion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / related Engineering
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in PCC activities
• Strong expertise in:
• Piping systems
• Chemical cleaning
• Flushing & testing operations
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety and international standards

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to QAR 9,000 (Based on experience)
• Salary finalized after interview
• Benefits: FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)

• Working Hours: 10 Hours + 2 Hours OT
• Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)
