People Analytics & HR Integration Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for a People Analytics & HR Integration Consultant to support key phases of a large-scale culture transformation program, focusing on culture assessment, measurement, and HR process alignment.
This role combines data analytics, employee research, and HR process design, translating cultural insights into practical, measurable changes across HR systems and practices. You will work closely with project leadership, HR, Change, and L&D teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and administer employee surveys and support qualitative research (focus groups, interviews)
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights and produce the Culture Assessment Report
- Define culture KPIs and build dashboards to track baseline and ongoing measurement
- Manage pulse surveys and periodic reporting to track adoption and impact
- Map HR processes and recommend changes aligned with desired cultural behaviours
- Support integration of culture insights into recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and rewards
- Prepare HRIS-related process documentation and change requirements where needed
- Partner with Change and L&D teams to define evaluation metrics for training and communication initiatives
- Ensure data governance, confidentiality, and anonymity across all people analytics activities
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, HR operations, research, or related roles
- Strong experience in survey design, analysis, and insight generation
- Working knowledge of basic statistics and qualitative data synthesis
- Experience with dashboarding and data visualisation (Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel)
- Ability to map and document HR processes and translate insights into practical recommendations
- High attention to detail and strong stakeholder communication skills
Tools & Education
- Survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey)
- Advanced Excel; at least one BI tool (Power BI / Tableau preferred)
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR) is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, HR, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field
