Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior SAP Consultant HR (Human Resources) - Fiori to lead complex HR SAP projects, drive Fiori-based user experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP HR expertise with strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills to optimize HR processes and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP HR/HCM and Fiori project delivery, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support

Develop, customize, and optimize SAP HR modules and Fiori apps to meet business needs

Collaborate with HR business partners, process owners, and IT teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions

Configure and extend SAP HR processes such as Personnel Administration, Time Management, Benefits, Payroll interfacing, and Organizational Management

Create and maintain functional specifications, test plans, and project documentation

Provide strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting for SAP HR issues and performance optimization

Mentor and coach junior consultants, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Lead data migration efforts, cutover activities, and post-implementation support

Stay current with SAP roadmap, Fiori design principles, and HR industry trends to recommend innovative enhancements
Required Qualifications
X-Y years of experience in SAP HR and Fiori

Proven experience implementing and configuring SAP HR/HCM with a focus on Fiori-based user experiences

Strong understanding of HR business processes, data structures, and master data integration

Experience in SAP IS-U or Payroll integration is a plus

Ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions and deliverables

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills

Track record of delivering projects on time and within scope in a multinational environment

Experience with SAP S/4HANA HR or SAP SuccessFactors integration is desirable
Preferred Qualifications

SAP HCM or SAP Payroll functional certification

Experience with SAP Fiori UX design, SAPUI5, and OData services

Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, PI/PO or CPI)
