People and Culture Manager

We are currently supporting a leading company in their search for a strategic and people-focused People & Culture Manager . If you are passionate about talent acquisition, employer branding, and fostering a strong company culture, this opportunity is for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute people and culture strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Analyze workforce needs and create strategic hiring plans.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and manage recruitment budgeting.
  • Monitor and report key HR metrics, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement.
  • Develop and implement inclusive hiring policies that promote diversity.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure seamless execution of people strategies.
  • Build a talent pipeline for key positions, such as Office Directors and Office Assistants, conducting initial screenings and coordinating with regional managers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent management.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, employee engagement, and employer branding.
  • Experience in compensation analysis and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
