Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a strong, values-driven culture through initiatives that promote collaboration, inclusion, and engagement.
• Plan and execute engagement activities, surveys, and recognition programs to boost morale and retention.
• Design and implement OD strategies that enhance structure, team effectiveness, and business alignment.
• Support leadership in implementing organizational change through communication and employee involvement.
• Identify skill gaps and deliver training and leadership development programs.
• Oversee goal-setting, appraisals, and performance improvement processes.
• Partner with HR teams to ensure alignment of OD, talent, and culture initiatives with business goals.
• Use engagement and performance data to recommend people strategies and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in OD, or employee engagement roles.
• Strong understanding of OD models, L&D frameworks, and change management.
