Job Purpose:

Support and implement people development initiatives including learning and development, performance management, career progression, and succession planning to enhance employee performance and growth

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate learning and development programs and track participation and effectiveness
  • Coordinate and facilitate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) conducted by employees and support analysis of results
  • Support the performance management cycle and ensure timely completion
  • Monitor performance trends, provide insights, and support targeted development actions
  • Assist in career path and promotion processes and documentation
  • Support succession planning data collection and follow-up actions
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and maintain people development records
  • Maintain L&D and performance records for audits and ensure compliance with requirements
  • Fulfill any additional duties assigned to support the organization's evolving needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field from any reputable university
