Job Purpose:
Support and implement people development initiatives including learning and development, performance management, career progression, and succession planning to enhance employee performance and growth
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate learning and development programs and track participation and effectiveness
- Coordinate and facilitate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) conducted by employees and support analysis of results
- Support the performance management cycle and ensure timely completion
- Monitor performance trends, provide insights, and support targeted development actions
- Assist in career path and promotion processes and documentation
- Support succession planning data collection and follow-up actions
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and maintain people development records
- Maintain L&D and performance records for audits and ensure compliance with requirements
- Fulfill any additional duties assigned to support the organization's evolving needs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field from any reputable university
- 1-5 Years of Relevant Experience
