Location: On-site – Gulberg, Lahore

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Experience: 2–3 Years

About The Role

As a People Excellence Executive, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional employee engagement, streamlined HR operations, and a culture that empowers growth. You will be the bridge between our people and processes—driving initiatives that enhance productivity, satisfaction, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and team collaboration.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to exit processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Manage performance review cycles and coordinate development plans.
• Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee relations.
• Utilize spreadsheet tools and HR data analytics to track, interpret, and report on key HR metrics.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and communication of rewards programs, company policies, and HR frameworks.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR or people operations experience.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, nightshift work environment.
