Job Description:
Baranh & HD are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations to support our HR team. The role involves managing recruitment activities, assisting in HR operations, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies within the hospitality sector.

#Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• Experience: 3–4 years in HR operations and recruitment (hospitality industry experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment strategies, and compliance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Support daily HR operations, including attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
