About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support payroll preparation and attendance management.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide HR-related guidance.
• Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Coordinate with management to support strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR or similar administrative roles (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HR software/HRIS is a plus.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
