People Operations Specialist

Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage onboarding, offboarding, probation, and contract renewals.

HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR systems (HRIS).

Payroll Support: Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, deductions, allowances, overtime).

Compliance: Ensure HR policies, contracts, and processes comply with labor law and internal regulations.

Benefits Administration: Support medical insurance, allowances, and other employee benefits.

Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR data and prepare regular reports for management.

Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, processes, or benefits.

Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in HR operations and workflows.

Culture & Engagement: Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture.
