The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. Noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done. We are looking for a People Services Executi ve to join our HR team and play a key role in delivering seamless employee experiences. In this role, you will manage the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and care in every ste


Responsibility:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions
  • Handle medical insurance administration (new hires, dependents, renewals, claims, exceptions)
  • Manage social insurance processes and ensure compliance with labor law requirements
  • Prepare and issue HR letters, contracts, renewals, and staff memos
  • Support payroll and finance teams with accurate employee data and documentation
  • Ensure timely and compliant execution of personnel administration (attendance, vacation, medical checkups, certificates)
  • Act as the first line of support for employee concerns and queries, ensuring service excellence
  • Maintain HR systems with accurate and compliant employee records
  • Support audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations/personnel administration with knowledge of labor law and social insurance
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, data updates)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong commitment to compliance
