Performance Live Center Planner

• Direct Performance Live Engineers in safe, reliable, and efficient product and service delivery.
• Drive internal and external customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Liaise with the supported GU BL PSD Managers for job life cycle support and technical and incident management.
• Ensure systematic usage of standard work and risk management.
• Provide visibility regarding crew and associated function’s SQ performance and improvement opportunities.

• Verify projected resource plan (workforce, assets) according to RO growth.
• Collaborate with Performance Live Center Manager to manage loading of PLE as per center risk assessment & efficiency targets.
• Ensure PLC hardware and software compliant with IT standards.
• Assign jobs to PL engineers based on loading and job complexity.
• Ensure customer data management plan implemented.
• Validate job specific RACI based on service model.
• Conduct pre-and post-job briefs for every job. Discuss and communicate risks and controls to field personnel.
• Manage incident life cycle as per the risk matrix, escalating as needed, and conduct incident response and recovery.
• Participate in incident investigation, validation of results and reviews.
• Manage service delivery process to exceed customer expectations.
• Manage quality control of all field deliverables. Approve final job deliverables.
