Performance Management Executive

Performance Management Executive (HR)

Location: DHA Phase 6 Raya, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time | Onsite
Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Sunday to Thursday
Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle (goal setting, reviews, appraisals).
  • Coordinate with managers and employees for timely evaluations.
  • Support KPI, OKR development, and performance metrics tracking.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare management reports.
  • Support calibration sessions and performance review meetings.
  • Link performance outcomes with increments, bonuses, and promotions.
  • Maintain HRIS records and performance documentation.
  • Support employee development and improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with performance policies and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of performance management and HR processes.
  • Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HRIS, and performance tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on HR or performance management experience.
