Our campaigns reach thousands of aspiring students every month, and we’re now scaling our marketing efforts to reach every potential candidate across India.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can turn our mission into measurable growth — driving high-quality leads, optimizing ad performance, and building systems that convert.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube, driving leads for various categories like Masters, Bachelors, Ausbildung, Nursing, and Opportunity Card programs.

Your success will directly impact student enrolments and EIG’s monthly intake targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute performance campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search, and YouTube.
  • Create separate campaigns for different verticals — Masters, Bachelors, Nursing, and Ausbildung.
  • Implement detailed targeting for cities, states, and interest-based clusters (e.g., nurses, graduates, students).
  • Optimize ad budgets and bidding strategies to maintain lead cost under ₹100–150.

2. Performance Optimization

  • Monitor daily performance metrics: CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and quality of leads.
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, copies, and landing pages.
  • Scale successful campaigns and pause underperforming ad sets quickly.
  • Use heatmaps, funnel tracking, and analytics tools for better decision-making

3. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the creative team and content strategists to ensure ad copies and visuals resonate with the student audience.
  • Coordinate with the counsellor and admissions teams to ensure lead quality and conversion consistency.
  • Prepare weekly reports summarizing campaign spend, reach, cost per lead, and enrollment outcomes.

4. Funnel & Automation

  • Collaborate with the tech and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead capture and follow-up.
  • Integrate WhatsApp automation and form tracking using EIG dashboards.
  • Build retargeting flows for interested but non-converted students.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads in education, study abroad, or skill training industries.
  • Hands-on expertise in lead generation campaigns (Meta Lead Forms, Google Search, and Display Ads).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel/Conversion API, and UTM tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with video ad optimization on YouTube or Reels is a plus.

KPIs

  • Monthly Leads Target: 2,000+ verified student leads
  • Target CPL: ₹100–₹120
  • Monthly Ad Budget: ₹2–3 lakhs
  • Lead-to-Enrollment Conversion: 5–10%

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
